    02/02/10 As there is no new structure here, and we assume the place is as we see it in the image now, it is acceptable to reference the old factory in the past tense. Details have been slightly altered to show the place as it is "now" with reference to its former use. If and when this parcel of land gets re-used or regenerated (for whatever purpose), the new place's details will take precedence over the historical one.
